Transportation

Shuttles to and from the Halifax Airport are being provided for a fee of $25 (CAD) per person each way. When you register your patrol, you will be given an option to secure your shuttle.

For those who are arriving in their own vehicles, the process is to drop off your gear, equipment, and non-drivers at the Jamboree site, then park your vehicle at the fairgrounds. A shuttle  will get you back to the Jamboree site.

There will be no ongoing or daily access to your vehicles, so plan accordingly.

Your registration fee is all inclusive - food, camp site, and adventure.

Food

If any member of your team has special food or dietary needs, update your registration information, and let our registrar Kathy Hamilton know. Feel free to bring along anything you need to enhance your Jamboree Experience

Meals will be provided in shifts. For those attending an off-site activity, lunch will be bagged, so be ready to take it with you on your off-site adventure.

Medical

Ensure our Medical Team is aware of special needs so we can assist in a timely manner if required.

Plan Your Site

Each patrol site is 10m by 10m. You should plan your layout prior to arrival. There are many tables available on site, you will need to move the table from the storage area to your site. Any additional equipment you bring will need to fit within your site.

If your group has more than one patrol, you can ask for adjacent sites, to assist in using Group equipment, however each patrol will have it's own program.

Plan Your Offsite Adventures

As part of your registration, ensure you book your off-site adventures. Some activities will fill up quickly, lets make sure your youth get the Adventure they deserve.
