Patrol Registration

Both Scouters and Youth who want to attend The Atlantic Jamboree and participate in program experiences are considered participants and must register as part of a Patrol.


Patrols should register as a group to ensure your team remains together. 

  • Patrols should consist of 5-8 youth and at least 2 Scouters, with a total of no more than 10 people.

  • If you don't have a group to go with and would like to register as a single participant you can do that as well and we will find you a group to partner with.

Participant Information


The Atlantic Jamboree (AJ) is open to all youth of Scout and Venturer Scout age who are registered members of Scouts Canada, L’Association des Scouts du Canada or Scout Units from other National Scout Organizations who are members of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), as of the start date of the Jamboree (10 July 2021)

The Jamboree Program has  is designed for Scout aged youth (11-15 years old) with some Venturer Scouts activities. tailored to their age group (15-18)

  • If Your Group has Howlers who are eligible to be Scouts on 01 Sept 2021 - They Can Register for the Atlantic Jamboree 

  • If Your 2020 Venturer is now a 2021 Rover, they may still register as a participant

Venturer Scouts, Rover Scouts, or Scouters registering to help run the program or work in another department of Jamboree operations can register as Offers of Service (OOS).​​

International Participants

If you are interested in attending the Jamboree and are from another country we are more than excited to welcome you! Please select the International Participants button below for any requirements we would be looking for from International units. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety of our youth so there will likely be some additional requirements for those coming from outside of Canada.

Registration Guidelines

We are providing some registration guidelines, yet it is each Group's responsibility to be aware of unique requirements based on their location.


The registration fee is all inclusive, it covers:

  • Lodging, we plan and provide the tent sites​

    • Just bring your tents and sleeping gear​

  • Meals - all meals are fully catered

    • Just bring your mess kit​

  • Activities -  a full program is included

    • Just bring your energy​

The Early Bird Fee for the Atlantic Jamboree is $700 (CAD) per participant.

This is valid until 15 October 2020

Because of the uncertainty of costs in these dynamic times, the regular fee will be set on

15 September 2020

Payment Plan

  • First payment, of a minimum of $200/participant, made at the time of registration

  • Second payment, $200/participant, is due by January 31, 2021  

  • Third and final payment, any remaining outstanding amount, due by April 1, 2021

  • If the first payment is received on or after April 1, 2021 then the Late fee is in effective


Refund Policy

  • On or before 31 January 2021 - Full Refund for any cancellation

  • 01 to 28 Feb 2021 - Full Refund minus a $75 per participant cancellation fee

  • 01 to 31 March 2021 - 50% Refund for any cancellation

  • After 31 March 2021 - No Refund, except by approval of the Jamboree Chair
